Hampiðjan is preparing a session at the flume tank in Hirtshals in Denmark, taking place 28th November to 2nd December, during which a variety of fishing gears will be demonstrated and tested. Both demersal and pelagic gears will be on display, alongside presentations of innovations in the Hampiðjan product line.
Hampiðjan’s partners in this flume tank session are trawl door manufacturer Thyborøn Trawldoor and Icelandic Simrad agent Simberg. The Thyborøn staff will present the latest in trawl door technology and Simberg the latest developments from Simrad.
The programme mainly takes place at the flume tank, along with relevant presentations and workshops. There’s also an opportunity for a visit to the Karstensen Shipyard in Skagen.
We high expectations for this flume tank session, as these visits to the North Sea Centre have always been a fantastic opportunity to meet in a friendly atmopshere.
